But that's not all the examples I can give you, we have our loyal Raccoon that lives in our backyard, we've had an Eagles nest last year and the Eagle sometimes still can be seen in the backyard perchered up on a tree, we have a bat in the summer who like to sweep by and get water out of the pool, and occasionally we find SNAKES (yuck) in the filter, and once even had a dead possum in the bottom of the pool, (yuck x2), all and all it's quite adventeous here in the city, I can't help but wonder how it is for all the country folk....

Lions, tigers, bears, oh my....well not really
So we live in Columbus, and by no means of the imagination is that the country, we are most definetly in the city. We live right beside a major interstate and a major highway, we are citified people... Having written that we are inanormored with wildlife, it amazes me! Here are a couple of examples: Recently while sitting on the back porch, I see on the pool side there are 2 mallard ducks just sitting there, when they flew off I noticed they'd left there egg,
so for about a week we had a duck egg under a lamplight with a thermometer making sure it got the right temperature... a couple of days later the boys tell me, look there's baby groundhogs, and sure enough walking across the lawn to their little home in the neighbor's shed were 4 baby groundhogs and big fat mama groundhound!
