It's 7Pm on Tuesday evening the sun is setting on an amazingly beautiful day, warm, dry, just gorgeous. The flowers on my backdeck are in bloom still and the leaves although starting to turn colors are mostly still on the trees. My kids are in shorts, and short sleeves and it is October. Not October in Georgia, where I grew up and you pretty much expected warm weather sometimes even until December, no but Ohio!
I know the cold weather is coming. Anyday now it will be cold and we will being remember the good 'ol days of summer, the pool is closed and the winter clothes are already pulled out in reserve for when it finally comes.
So I'll enjoy it while I canthat's why I'm out here on the deck watching the kids play rather than making them get ready for bed.
