New Year's resolutions, should we call them by their true names?? Ideal promises. We think of something we'd like to do, something simply, not too hard. Something we might ought to already be doing... and then we resolve that THIS year will be different, this year I'm deteremined, no, no ... resolved to do X, Y or Z...
What is my ideal promise, or New Year's resolution?? To run a 5K.... ok, that's not a joke, don't go looking for the punch line on this one. I really do want to run a 5K and I'm determined to do so, at least I'm resolved to anyway...
What is your New Year's resolution?
I just want to be happier. I don't make resolutions anymore because I never follow them.

I have faith in you that you can do this!! Of course, I'll be thinking about you while I sit on my couch watching my pilates viedeo (remember that...I believe with ice cream too!). Anyway, no resolutions for me...ya know I hate to follow through on that kinda stuff. Good luck!
